We do not accept returns due to change of mind, or any other reason except as outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
We may replace items if they are damaged or defective at the time you receive them. If this is the case, please contact us at James@durandal-leather.com to arrange return and replacement.
In rare cases, we may offer a refund in lieu of replacement at our discretion.
Shipping
In the event you need to return an item to us for exchange, please contact us at James@durandal-leather.com for shipping address.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for replaced products to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
